Carmel Dundon became CEO of Trees For Life in 2006
Trees For Life is a unique organisation created by a community of people with a strong desire to intervene in the degradation of the South Australian landscape through revegetation and conservation. The continued active engagement by members as a voluntary workforce is an extraordinary achievement sustained over 27 years and recognised nationally. Trees For Life has remained true to its aim to revegetate South Australia and preserve its remnant vegetation. The organisation is recognised for the integrity of its programs and its environmental achievements .
