Corporate volunteering packages with Trees For Life

Trees For Life offers meaningful volunteering experiences in beautiful natural settings that provide the perfect opportunity for staff to unwind and experience the proven health and wellbeing benefits of nature.

We offer a variety of opportunities for your organisation to roll up your sleeves and contribute to protecting our native plants and animals. Packages  range  from no cost activities joining in with other volunteers to tailored packages and a full team day facilitated by leadership training organisation Knee Deep. As a not for profit organisation, we rely on donations, sponsorship and grants to cover our expenses.

Bush For Life Team Days

  • Go to one of 300 bushcare sites
  • Skilled bushcare supervision
  • All safety & work equipment supplied
  • Includes insurance
  • Join with other volunteers
  • 9:00am – 3:30pm on site. Transport available on our bus from Brooklyn Park leaving at 7:30am and returning at 5:00pm


  • 1-3 people: Free
  • 4 – 8 people: $350

Exclusive packages

Supervised bushcare  volunteering  including insurance and equipment with additional features:

  • Flexible hours (including weekends)
  • Location can be negotiated
  • Nature walk  with our expert staff showcasing rare and native plants (optional)
  • Pick up and drop off from location of your choice (maximum 11 people. For more people we can organise transport at cost)
  • Catering available for $20 per person
  • Social media promotion on TFL’s  Facebook and Instagram accounts
  • No other volunteers present
  • Up to 20 people (for more than 20 people a package to suit can be negotiated)


  • Half day (3 hours on site + transport) $1450 ($2100 for weekends)
  • Full day (6 hours on site + transport) $2250  ($3000 for weekends)

Please note: Activity needs to be booked and paid in advance (3-4 months)

Branch Out Team Development Program  (in Partnership with KneeDeep)

The Branch Out Team Development program will include a combination of team development activities and outdoor environmental activities such as bushcare, tree planting or seed collection depending on the season. This program is offered at an exclusive venue in Strathalbyn with all catering & bus transport provided. The program is delivered through:

  1. Initial session with the client to determine context and focus i.e. priorities, issues, recent team activities and any existing team goals/plans for the coming year
  2. Delivery of full day of team activities  that incorporate  2 hours of outdoor bushcare or planting activity nearby. The team building activities will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis but options  include:
  • Innovation in the workplace
  • Preparing for change
  • Employee wellbeing, including team profiling
  • Team culture and communication, including developing a team charter 

Cost: $5,500

Help us create habitat for wildlife

For an additional contribution of $500 your organisation can purchase 150 trees through our Trees For Habitat program that will be planted at Monarto for the endangered Malleefowl. You will also receive a certificate and have access to the TFL logo for 12 months on your website and promotional materials.

Offset your greenhouse emissions and support local biodiversity

Our Carbon program allows you to offset your emissions through planting trees that are protected for 30 years. A great feature of our Carbon program is that it is totally local and provides many benefits to biodiversity as well as reducing your carbon footprint. Talk to us to help you calculate your workplaces’ carbon footprint.

  • Organise a staff gold coin donation for morning tea or casual day

  • Volunteer in our office or nursery

Sponsors who contribute over $10,000 can book up to 8 staff members into one of our existing Bush For Life activities at no cost.
